Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how the Mixware 3D mobile application, related websites, cloud services, and companion 3D printers and related services (collectively, the "Mixware Services" or "Services") collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, and how you can access and control it.
Mixware Services are intended for users aged 13 and above, and are currently distributed primarily via Google Play and the Apple App Store (overseas regions) and rated 13+. Users under 13 in the United States, users under 14 in China, and users below any lower age set by other applicable laws must not register for or use the Services. We do not provide the Services to such users and do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you are a minor aged 13–18 (or 14–18 in China), please use the Services under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian (collectively, "parent" or "guardian"), and ask your guardian to read this Policy.
We process personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including but not limited to the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), and, for users in China, the PRC Personal Information Protection Law ("PIPL") and the Provisions on the Protection of Children's Personal Information Online.
Your acknowledgment: By registering, logging in, or otherwise using Mixware Services, you (and, if you are a minor, your parent or guardian) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
Note: "Personal information" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, excluding anonymized information.
The information we collect depends on how you use the Services, your choices (including privacy settings), the features you use, and applicable law. We always follow the data minimization principle and collect only what is necessary to provide the Services. All personal information we collect is transmitted using encryption. We do not sell your personal information, nor do we use it for third-party purposes unrelated to providing the Services. To provide features you actively choose to use—such as cloud storage and AI creation—the images, text prompts, and models you upload or input are transmitted to the relevant processors as described in Section 5 solely to deliver those features; this is not a sale of, or sharing for the recipients' own purposes of, your personal information.

This content may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers (see Section 5.2) solely to provide the AI creation functionality. |

| Permissions | We may request permissions such as camera (scanning SN codes, photographing models/prints), photo library/storage (importing models and images), microphone (recording troubleshooting videos, where applicable), Bluetooth (connecting to printers), and notifications (print status alerts). All permissions follow the data-minimization principle and can be disabled at any time in your system settings; disabling a permission may affect the related feature but not other features. |
